Boarding Deposits
Boarding Deposits (pre-payments) will be required for every boarding reservation and will be required to be paid before the reservation is accepted by The Brown Dog. Boarding deposits are non-refundable (no exceptions), but are transferable and will be applied to your account for a future reservation (must be within 6 months of original reservation, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited) if cancellations are made more than 7 days before the proposed drop off date (cancellations must be made within 14 days if the boarding reservation is within 7 days of a federally recognized holiday).

All changes to the drop off date of your reservation must be made prior to 2 calendar days of the first scheduled day of boarding. All changes to the pick up date of your reservation must be made at least 2 calendar days prior to your currently scheduled pick up date. If your reservation is canceled or changes are made to your reservation within 2 calendar days, you will still be responsible for the entire original time reserved.

Deposit policy will still be applied if your dog still needs updated vaccinations or a fecal tested. If the vaccinations/fecal do not get done before the reservation, the deposit policy still applies.
